Extra specific configuration for sarek pipeline
## Usage
To use, run the pipeline with `-profile munin` .

This will download and launch the sarek specific [`munin.config` ](../conf/pipeline/sarek/munin.config ) which has been pre-configured with a setup suitable for the MUNIN cluster.
