Paolo Di Tommaso	70daf8be30	Minor style improvents ... This commit provides a minor refactoring with som Nextflow code style improvments: - Replaces `.toGiga()` with `.giga` - Replaces `tag { foo }` with `tag "$foo"` - Move publishDir before input declarations.
